To: The Byrne Family.

I am at a loss of words to describe to Hilton. From the first day I entered Stadia, I remember Tim during one of his speeches telling me that at STADIA everyone is like family. It was a sentiment that I often heard repeated by Hilton. During this difficult time I truly came to understand that sentiment as I entered the waiting room and saw all the family members and friends supporting the Byrne Family. Many will remember Hilton as being a friendly and concerned individual. I remember him as someone who lived up to the standards that God demands from us all. He was a funny, kind and caring person to be around. Even though he is not around us, every time I meet someone who is positive and as motivated as him I will recall his name .Even though his physical presence has been taken away from us his memories will suffice.

To Tim, Kellie, Penny Kat and Georg my prayers and thoughts are with you as you go through this difficult time in your lives.

~With my deepest sympathy,

Melissa. C.

When those we love go away, they never really leave us;
they are with us now, wherever we are.
Those whom we have cherished, live on forever,
for love wraps itself around the heart.
Although it's difficult now,
someday beyond our tears and all the world's wrongs;
beyond the clouds and all that we can see and touch,
we shall all understand. ~Anonymous

Hilton rocks

Classic story from KELLIE.......whalen/byrne

Anyone who knows Hilton knows how much he loved his Jeep.
He bought it and it leaked everywhere, the window was stuck open, and if you opened the passenger door, good luck getting it closed again...but it was all his and he loved it!
Pulling into my driveway this morning and seeing his lonely Jeep parked there sparked a memory for me..and made me smile.

Tim, Hilti and I are driving down Yonge St. in Tim's Jeep (yes, a jeep just like Hilti's...like father, like son!) ......Hilti is 3 and sitting in the backseat in his booster seat. We stop at a light and as Tim accelerates forward, the back hatch opens, and all the stuff in the back of the Jeep falls out onto Yonge St. As Tim stops the car, Hilti looks back at the mess and then turns to look at us and calmly says , "shit".

With GG, great granny, kat georg and the Hilton....

Loved the gran..

Prayers from a friend and partner in the USA

Tim,
I published the following today in our company newsletter. I've been sitting here all morning thinking about my son and life. Shedding tears. I am so sorry.

prayers

I am a very optimistic and upbeat person. Everyday, I find things to be thankful for and realize how blessed I am with family, friends and health. But some days, like yesterday, I really take pause to think things over and put it all in perspective.

Yesterday, I found out that our Canadian partner and friend, Tim Byrne, lost his precious son and friend, Hilton. We all tried out best with our prayers and our "Two Fingers" that Hilton would make it back to a normal life. Well, things don't always go the way we want in life. My father used to tell me "Life is a series of getting kicked in the ass. The sooner you get used to it, the better off you're going to be." This is not to say my Dad was a negative guy. Far from it. What he was saying is we all get knocked down, and somehow, we have to find a way to stand back up, get the dust off us and carry on.

So to our friend Tim, we say we are all here for you. You are knocked down covered in dirt. But we are here for you sending you our thoughts, our prayers, our friendship. And all your friends are there extending a hand to you so you can stand up, and we can help you get the dust off.......
